Functions

  1. Assessing the present and future physical, financial and human resource needs of the university.
  2. Identification of feasible projects for academic, physical growth and expansion of the university.
  3. Preparation of development plans and PC-I/PC-II/PC-III & PC-IV documents.
  4. Arrange meetings pertaining to execution of development projects.
  5. Arrange/Conduct meetings of Campus Construction Committee for approval of Civil Works.
  6. Pursue the development grant proposals with government concerned agencies, i.e., Agriculture Department and Higher Education Commission, Islamabad.
  7. Maintain liaison and coordination with the provincial as well as federal governments’ concerned departments for seeking project approval and funding.
