Ranking of ORIC and BIAEC by the HEC

HEC evaluates the performance of all universities across Pakistan using key performance indicators related to research excellence, innovation, commercialization, and capacity building. In this regard, HEC introduced the ORIC Policy 2021 for the recognition of ORICs to enhance research quality and their role in promoting innovation and commercialization. Accordingly, ORIC MNSUAM was recognized by HEC (on 11.10.2021), achieving the status of being the 2^nd recognized ORIC at the national level and the 1^st recognized ORIC in Southern Punjab. As per evaluation report 2022-2023, MNSUAM was placed in ‘X’s category and secured the 2^nd position amongst all the Agriculture Universities of Pakistan, the 1^st position amongst all the Public Sector Universities of South Punjab and the 5^th among all the Universities of Pakistan. MNSUAM Business Incubation & Agriculture Entrepreneurship Centre was ranked 7^th among all the Pakistan universities.
